Petitioner Carmen Ferreira (Ferreira) seeks special action review of a superior court order denying her motion to dismiss a criminal action against her based on double jeopardy grounds. The issue presented is whether a criminal prosecution following an administrative forfeiture of unclaimed property offends the double jeopardy clause.
