Accelerated Christian Education, Inc. (Accelerated) sued Oracle Corporation and Gregory Brady (collectively, appellees) for breach of contract, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), negligent misrepresentation, breach of warranty, fraud, promissory estoppel, and gross negligence.
