A jury rendered a verdict in favor of John and Lynn Stanley on the Stanleys' claim for damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. The Stanleys were awarded $30,416.60 in damages on John Stanley's allegation that he had been subjected to retaliatory discharge from his employment. In addition, the district court awarded to the Stanleys $15,208.30 in attorney fees...
