TAFT, Justice.

Appellant, Timothy Lee Mehaffey, pleaded guilty to the offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The trial court sentenced him to one-year confinement, probated for two years, and a $750 fine. Appellant challenges the trial court's rulings on two pretrial motions: (1) a motion to dismiss because the videotape of his sobriety tests had been erased or destroyed; and (2) a motion to quash the enhancement paragraph of the information...
