ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellant Leon Winford Payne appeals his conviction for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance. After the trial court denied appellant's pretrial motion to suppress evidence, he pled guilty based on a plea bargain agreement with the State as to punishment. The trial court assessed a sentence of six years confinement, probated, and imposed a fine of $300.00 in accordance with the State's agreed recommendation...
