RICKHOFF, Justice.

This is an appeal from a will contest wherein the purported will of the decedent, Maria C. Orozco Hinojosa, was admitted to probate. In four points of error, appellant asserts that the trial court erred by (1) denying Contestant's Motion for Summary Judgment; (2) denying Contestant's Motion for Instructed Verdict; (3) failing to set aside the jury's answer to question one; and (4) denying Contestant's Motion to Disregard Jury Answers...
