This case of first impression in Delaware involves the appeal of John W. Bedwell ("Claimant") from the July 5, 1995, decision of the Industrial Accident Board (the "Board") which denied him Workers' Compensation benefits. Claimant was injured while eating lunch at a restaurant as he travelled from one work site to another. The Board held that Claimant's injuries were not compensable...
