SEARS, Justice.

The appellant, Ronald Lupez Freeman, was convicted of the felony murder of Terri Wadell and of armed robbery. The trial court merged the conviction for armed robbery into the felony murder conviction and sentenced Freeman to life in prison.1 Freeman has filed this appeal. We affirm.
