The principal issue in this summary judgment case is whether Soledad Duenas is entitled to a judicial declaration that a compromise settlement agreement (CSA) relating to her workers' compensation claim is void because Duenas did not personally sign the CSA as required by rules promulgated by the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission (TWCC).
