This diversity case arising in Oklahoma stems from a jury verdict against Plaintiff-Appellee American Economy Insurance Company ("AEIC") awarding Defendant-Appellant Cheryl Reeder $612,000 in damages. Reeder filed post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law, or in the alternative, a new trial, requesting that the court award her $1,500,000 and alleging various errors.
