Arlo Tratz is an inmate at Green Bay Correctional Institution (GBCI). He appeals from an order dismissing his action for mandamus brought under the Open Records Law, §§ 19.31-19.39, STATS., against Sharon Zunker, Director of the Bureau of Health Services, in the Department of Corrections. We reverse and remand with directions to grant the relief that Tratz seeks and $100 costs.
