OPINION

OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

Appellant was charged by felony information with unauthorized use of a vehicle.1 The information contained two enhancement paragraphs alleging two prior felony convictions for possession of a controlled substance and robbery. Appellant filed a purported "Motion to Quash" the enhancement paragraphs, seeking prosecution for a state jail felony without enhancement.2
