In this slip and fall case, the jury determined from the evidence that plaintiff slipped and fell in a Winn-Dixie store and was injured as a result of her fall, but refused to impose liability upon Winn-Dixie under La. R.S. 9:2800.6, concluding that Winn-Dixie did not have constructive notice of the premises hazard. Plaintiff appeals on this basis.
