("Calvert") has moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56(b), to declare that it is not obligated to defend or indemnify Defendants S & L Realty and S & L Management Corp. (collectively, "S & L") in an underlying personal injury action brought by Defendant Kitoria Washington ("Washington") against S & L based on Washington's alleged exposure to chemical fumes or vapors.<...
