The respondents, Dora Schriro, Director of the Missouri Department of Corrections, Michael Groose, Superintendent of the Jefferson City Correctional Center, and Judy Draper, General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Corrections, appeal the trial court's order granting the relator, Robert David Raine, $1,050.00 in attorney fees.
