Dan Jovanovic filed a charge with the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, Equal Rights Division (DILHR) alleging that In-Sink-Erator, his employer, violated the Wisconsin Family or Medical Leave Act (FMLA), § 103.10, STATS. In-Sink-Erator moved to dismiss the action as untimely, but after a fact-finding hearing, DIHLR's administrative law judge issued a decision on behalf of DIHLR determining that In-Sink-Erator had not posted the required...
