This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. We reverse.

Appellant Nationwide Insurance Company (Nationwide) instituted a declaratory judgment action as a result of a coverage dispute arising out of an automobile accident involving appellee Katrina Johnson and two of her passengers.
