The Appellants Ronald J. McDaniel and Carolina Insurance Services, Inc. (hereafter McDaniel) sued the Respondents United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and its department manager, Robert B. Cummings (hereafter USF & G) alleging, in part, that USF & G wrongfully terminated McDaniel's agency agreement. USF & G and McDaniel settled the case and the trial judge entered an "Order of Settlement
