Defendant appeals as of right from an August 3, 1993, order of the Wayne Circuit Court granting partial summary disposition in plaintiff's favor in this action brought pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq.. We affirm.
