Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendant, which also authorized defendant to subtract $1,723 from other benefits that might be due and owing to plaintiff, reflecting the overpayment of work-loss benefits that defendant made to plaintiff's decedent.
