Rachel Bell, the surviving spouse of Lonnie Bell, appeals a judgment finding that her claim for worker's compensation death benefits under LSA-R.S. 23:1231(A) had prescribed and that she had no right of action. The issue before us is whether the worker's compensation death benefits law at the time of Bell's 1978 injury or at the time of his 1993 death applies.
