Scholastic Book Fairs appeals the final order of the State of Florida, Unemployment Appeals Commission, which affirmed the appeals referee's determination that Dean Smith, Scholastic's former employee, is entitled to receive unemployment compensation benefits, following the termination of his employment with Scholastic. Scholastic asserted that Smith was terminated for "misconduct connected with his work," and he was not entitled to any unemployment...
