On December 29, 1993, Ollie Osinubi, a female paralegal at the Law Offices of Donald E. Green ("Green"), filed a Title VII charge against Green alleging sexual harassment and constructive discharge. Osinubi filed her charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") 191 days after the last alleged act of discrimination.
