Ordered that the judgment is modified by deleting the provision thereof which declared that the defendants have a prescriptive easement, for egress from their residence, over the part of the courtyard owned by the plaintiffs; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the defendants.
