The matter before the court is the motion of the defendant, Steven Marshall Mead, for reconsideration pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) (# 122).

BACKGROUND

After entering a plea of guilty, Mead was sentenced by this court on March 16, 1992 to 135 months in federal prison for the crime of the unlawful possession of phenyl 2 propanone with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and to 60 months in federal prison...
