This interlocutory appeal arises from the trial court's denial of summary judgment based on official immunity. Appellee, The Integrity Group, Inc. (Integrity), sued Medina County Commissioners' Court and the individual counsel members after the county refused to grant final approval to Integrity's subdivision plan. We affirm the trial court's order regarding the commissioners' court, but we reverse and render regarding the individual...
