This is an automatic direct appeal from the death sentence imposed upon Appellant, Charles Brown, following his conviction for first degree murder. The jury found as an aggravating circumstance that the Appellant had been convicted of another murder committed either before or at the time of the offense at issue, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9711(d)(11).
