In three points of error, Harry Edward Riggins and William Lee Riggins (proponents) challenge trial court discovery sanctions which, they claim, "assured that the innocent deceased's will would be overturned as surely as if the court had set it aside by entering a default judgment." As independent co-executors of the estate of Coral Elizabeth Riggins (Coral), they claim the trial court 1) erred in granting sanctions barring all testimony and evidence...
