Orazio Stantini and Robert Bisaccia appeal their convictions for both conspiracy to murder and murder following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (I. Leo Glasser, J.). Each claims primarily that he did not receive a fair trial because Stantini's trial counsel was laboring under a conflict of interest due to his representation of a defendant being prosecuted for participation in the same murder...
