Appellants Dennis and Mary Ann Hodson were sued for fraud and negligent misrepresentation in connection with the sale of their home to respondents Norman and Mary Eid. A jury found the Hodsons and co-defendant Scandy Concrete Company guilty of fraud and negligent misrepresentation. The jury awarded the Eids damages in the amount of $32,289.32, but apportioned fault among all of the parties. The court then...
