Defendant, Randy Tucker, was charged by bill of information with two counts of armed robbery, violations of Louisiana Revised Statute 14:64.

Defendant was arraigned on March 27, 1979 and pled not guilty to both counts. A hearing on defendant's motion to suppress identification was heard April 9, 1979. The motion was denied.
