Defendant was convicted of first degree statutory sexual offense and was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment. Evidence presented by the State tended to show that during October 1993, the defendant subjected his eight-year-old daughter, N.W., to oral and vaginal intercourse and other sexual touching.
