Before the Court is an objection to confirmation of the Debtor's Chapter 13 plan filed by Lynda Styskal ("Styskal"), an unsecured creditor in the instant bankruptcy case. Styskal asserts, among other things, that the Debtor's plan does not provide for the submission of all of the Debtor's projected disposable income over the plan's life and is not proposed in good faith.1...
