The plaintiff, Roland Bronson, administrator of the estate of Judy Lee Bronson, sued the defendant, the Hitchcock Clinic (the Clinic), alleging medical negligence resulting in the wrongful death of his wife. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff.
