HOWELL, Chief Judge:

Mitcheal Jack Hyman was convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct and sentenced to 23 years. Hyman appeals. We affirm.

The alleged victim testified she worked as a bartender at Pappy's. She knew Hyman as a customer. After she finished working the night in question, August 28, 1992, Hyman asked her if she wanted to leave to smoke marijuana with him. They left Pappy's in her car and went to a boat landing where they left the car...
