I. INTRODUCTION

Dean E. Mach and Carolyn Mach appeal from a district court ruling granting summary judgment to appellee Marjorie M. Schmer, in her capacity as personal representative of the estate of Floyd S. Schmer, deceased, and sustaining the demurrer filed by appellee Allstate Insurance Company.
