In this medical malpractice action, Mrs. Azalee Lee sued Dr. Clyde Tanner and Satilla Health Services, Inc. ("the hospital") for Dr. Tanner's failure to diagnose she was suffering from a stroke when she arrived at the hospital's emergency room.
