In this case debtor Thomas Neil Watson ("Watson") has appealed an order denying his motion to reopen his chapter 7 case.2 Watson sought to enjoin a creditor, who had obtained stay relief to enforce a security interest in accounts receivable, from pursuing a personal monetary judgment against him due to Watson's alleged breach of a settlement agreement to terminate the enforcement litigation...
