Co. and Paul Norenberg appeal a trial court judgment reversing LIRC's determination that the Worker's Compensation Act's (WCA) exclusive remedy provision bars Janet Leigh Byers' Wisconsin Fair Employment Act (WFEA) claim against her employer for failing to stop the sexual harassment of Byers by her co-employe.
