MOORE, Justice:

Petitioner was convicted of several crimes relating to the sexual abuse of his daughter over a twenty-two year period. We granted certiorari to review the Court of Appeals' opinion affirming the convictions. State v. Trotter, 317 S.C. 411, 453 S.E.2d 905 (Ct. App.1995). We affirm as modified herein.
