A jury returned a verdict in favor of Haiseal Timber, Inc., and against Southeast Timberlands, Inc., and Jewett Tucker, Southeast's president (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Southeast") after Southeast's default under the terms of a promissory note, deed to secure debt and personal guaranty.
