The plaintiffs, Samuel and Martha Beth Weaver, individually and as parents and next friends of Johnathan Weaver, appeal the Superior Court's (Goode, J.) grant of summary judgment to the defendant, Royal Insurance Company of America. They argue that neither the pollution exclusion nor the automobile exclusion in Samuel Weaver's business liability policy preclude coverage for their claims. We reverse and remand.
