Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We reject the defendant's contention that his conviction should be reversed because the prosecutor made a reference to an uncharged crime in his opening statement. The prosecutor neither disclosed the nature of the uncharged crime nor revealed any of its underlying details. Moreover, in its charge to the jury, the court explained that the attorneys' opening statements were not considered...
