In the present appeal, we are asked to review the decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County wherein the court determined that the evidence was sufficient to sustain appellant's convictions for theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. 18 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3921, 3922.
