Defendant, Theodore Dickey, appeals from convictions of first-degree possession of CDS (cocaine) with intent to distribute, N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5a(1) and -5b(1), and third-degree possession of CDS, N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10a(1). Defendant's motion to suppress the cocaine discovered and seized by the police was denied, and he pled guilty to first-degree possession with an expected dismissal of the other possession...
