MANION, Circuit Judge.

Gary O. McKenzie ("McKenzie") pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) which prohibits "any person — (1) who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year ... [to] possess in or affecting commerce any firearm or ammunition ...." § 922(g)(1). On appeal he challenges the constitutionality of his conviction...
