This matter is before the Court on appeal from Orders of the Bankruptcy Court dated March 18, 1995, discharging certain debts and declaring nondischargeable certain debts of defendant/appellee Jack Trombadore. Plaintiff/appellant New Jersey Lawyers Fund for Client Protection appeals those orders discharging debts, and defendant/appellee cross appeals those debts declared non-dischargeable.
