Defendant pleaded guilty of armed robbery, M.C.L. § 750.529; M.S.A.§ 28.797, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, M.C.L. § 750.227b; M.S.A. § 28.424(2). He was sentenced to twenty-five to fifty years' imprisonment and two years' imprisonment for the respective convictions. Defendant appealed, claiming that the prosecutor breached the sentencing...
