INTRODUCTION

Cheryl L. Porter appeals the judgment of the district court which reversed the decision of the Nebraska Appeal Tribunal. iThe district court concluded that Porter was not entitled to receive unemployment benefits, because she was receiving workers' compensation for temporary total disability. For the reasons stated below, we reverse.
