STACY v. CLAY COUNTY BD. OF COUNTY COM'RS

No. 95-4215.

675 So.2d 233 (1996)

Marilyn C. STACY, Petitioner, v. CLAY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

June 18, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

R. Mitchell Prugh of Middleton & Prugh, P.A., Melrose, for Petitioner.

Mark H. Scruby, County Attorney and Frances J. Moss, Assistant County Attorney, Green Cove Springs, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM.

By petition for writ of certiorari, we are asked to review a final order issued by the Circuit Court of Clay County acting in its appellate capacity. Petitioner contends the Circuit Court failed to apply the correct law to the rezoning issue presented in this case. We disagree, and deny the petition. See Board of County Commissioners v. Snyder, 627 So.2d 469 (Fla.1993).
